Dialogue and Reflection – tools for learning

Most learning and competence development does not take place during courses, but rather in everyday work situations. And most of that learning is not about routines and methods, but about problem solving, reflection and new ways of looking at things. Moreover – nowadays it is seldom the case that a supervisor tells us what to do and what to learn and improve.

In short – we learn continuously, informally, in complex ways and in interaction with other people. This learning can both be more effective and efficient using tools for reflection and dialogue.
